Mary Beth Dallman is the founder of Dallman Consulting and a trusted advisor to executive leaders across complex healthcare organizations.

Before launching her firm, she spent more than a decade in organizational development and human resources leadership within a prominent North Carolina healthcare system, partnering with physicians, clinical leaders, executives, and leadership teams on strategic planning, leadership development, and organizational change.

Today, Mary Beth works with leaders across more than a dozen healthcare systems nationwide, facilitating leadership retreats, strategic planning sessions, executive coaching engagements, and leadership team alignment work.

Much of this work occurs in confidential advisory settings, which is why the practice grows primarily through trusted relationships and referrals.
